DEDICATION OF ROADWAY
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
August 23, 1978 submitting for acceptance the
roadway dedicationdeed for the Crescent City
Heights Subdivision. Informs the description
has been checked and foundto be acceptable by
the Department of Public Works; also that the
roadway has been constructed according to
County of Hawaii standards.;
recommends that the Council accept the roadway dedication deed for
the Crescent City Heights Subdivision, South Hilo, and that the
document be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
