From Assistant Corporation Counsel Roxanna Garcia
dated August 29 , 1978 , transmitting an ordinance
amending Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) , Article 15 ,
Section 8 , Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating
to no-parking zones on Kukuau Street. This
ordinance also rescinds Item 39 in Schedule 12
under "South Hilo" district classification;

- recommends that the Council receive and file the communication and
approve and adopt Bill 419 , relating to no-parking zones on Kukuau
Street, on first reading.
