Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
/Lz. Bill 402 : PLUMBING CODE
Amends Chapter 13, Plumbing Code of the Hawaii
County Code, relating to the adoption of the
1976 edition of the International Association
of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials Uniform
Plumbing _Code, and amendments thereto.
(Intr. By: Mr. Fujii)
recommends deletion of Section 14, To Whom Permits May Be Issued,
of proposed Bill 402 , and insert in lieu thereof, Section 10 of
Ordinance 152 .
Further recommends the Council approve and adopt Bill 402 , as
amended, on second and final reading.
(Oppose: Mr. Domingo)
