Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred :
.0_,Ic Comm. 946 : WATERLINE EASEMENT - MARCIALEE L. GOMES
(Res . 319) From Finance Director Stanley A. Nakamae dated
October 4, 1978, submitting a resolution authorizing
the grant of a non-exclusive, revocable waterline
easement to Marcialee L . Gomes for $1.00. The
easement site is in Kona Wonderview Subdivision,
North Kona;
recommends, inaccordance with Chapter 2, Article 9, of the Hawaii
County Code, the Director of Finance or his authorized representative
be directed to grant a non-exclusive, revocable waterline easement in
the Kona Wonderview Subdivision, North Kona, to Marcialee L. Gomes for
the nominal sum of $1.00.
Further recommends that the accompanying Resolution 319 be adopted by
the Council to accomplish this purpose.
