Resolution 325 rescinding Resolution 273
providing for the correction of the
inaccuracies in the description and the
acquisition of additional lands and drainage
easements required for the project;
recommends that the Council receive and file the communication
• and approve and adopt Resolution 325 on first reading. The purpose
of the resolution is to rescind Resolution 273, which was adopted
on July 1, 1978, and provide for the correction of the inaccuracies
in the description and the acquisition of additional lands and
drainage required for Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed Diversion No. 4
project.
