Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Comm. 882 : EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 210 - OLD WAIMEA COURT
(Res. 295) HOUSE SITE
From C ie Engineer Edward Harada dated
July 19, 1978, submitting the proposed resolu-
tion cancelling Executive Order No. 210 and to
quitclaim all County-owned buildings on the
premise to the State Department of Land and
Natural Resources;
recommends that the Council approve the request of Chief Engineer
Edward Harada to cancel Executive Order No. 210 and to quitclaim
all County-owned buildings on the Old Waimea Court House site to
the State Department of Land and Natural Resources and adopt
Resolution No. 295 to accomplish this purpose.
Further recommends that the Council adopt a resolution requesting
the State Department of Land and Natural Resources to consider
seriously making the buildings available to the Waimea Arts Council.
