From Corporation Counsel. Stephen G. Bess dated
November 16, 1978 submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that roadways
and easements have been constructed according to
County standards;
recommends Council accept the roadways, drainage, easements and sewer
system dedication deeds. for the Kulaimano Heights, Unit VIII, Pepeek.eo,
South Hilo, and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances
for recordation.
