Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
t Comm. 990: ROADWAY/DEDICATION DEED
AINAKO TERRACE SUBDIVISION, INCREMENTS I AND II
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
November 21, 1978 submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed; however, due to drainage
problems occurring as a result of the development of
the subdivision, recommends acceptance of the deeds
be conditioned upon the agreement executed by and
between HSC, Inc. , and the County to assure that the !;
necessary drainage improvements will be completed
by HSC, Inc;
recommends Council accept the recommendation of the Corporation Counsel
to conditionally accept the roadway dedication deed for the Ainako Terrace
Subdivision, Increments I and II, and that the document be forwarded to
the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
