dated December 20 , 1978 submitting ordinance bills
amending Chapter 6 , Hawaii County Code (Traffic
Code) , relating to No-Parking Zones, Stop Signs,
Through Streets, and Special Speed Limits;
recommends the communication be placed on file; and approve and
adopt on first reading, Bill 439 , relating to Stop Signs on Pu'u
Pulehu Loop Road, South Kohala; Bill 440., relating to 25 mph speed
" limit - Old Mamalahoa Highway. from Honokaa to Waimea and Ahualoa
Homestead Road; Bill 441, relating to extension of 45 mph zone at
Papaaloa; and Bill 442 , relating -to No Parking Zone along Kaiwi
Street in Kailua-Kona.

"8 . Hawaii Belt Road[ , in Papaaloa,
from the Honokaa side of Kihalani Bridge to]
from the Hilo side of Moanalua Bridge to the
Twenty-Five Mile Post in Laupahoehoe . "
