Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
?es. 371: GRANT OF EASEMENT - KAAO SUBDIVISION
Resolves that the drainage easement being tendered
by the residents of Kaao Subdivision be accepted by
the County of Hawaii. The easement will greatly .
improve the channelization of water from the higher
elevated Kaao Homestead areas through the Kaao
Subdivision and to the ocean, and alleviate flooding
conditions and property damage in the area;

recommends Councilapprove and adopt Resolution 371.
