4 Comm. 1052 : GRANT OF EASEMENTS (DRAINAGE)
PARK HOKULANI, PHASE I, INCREMENT 1-A
KUKUAU 2ND, S. HILO, HAWAII
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess,
dated February 9 , 1979, submitting for
acceptance, the subject drainage easements.
Informs the descriptions have been checked
and found to be acceptable by the Department of
Public Works; also that the subdivision has
received recordation approval from the Planning
Department;
recommends Council accept the drainage easement for Park Hokulani,
Phase I, Increment 1-A, Kukuau 2nd, South Hilo, and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
