Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
4eL Comm. 1061: KEALAKEHE PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS
(Bill 456) From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
February 12, 1979 informing- they have been
successful in obtaining Federal-Aid (Rural.)
Secondary System funds ($153, 300) for the
Kealakehe Pedestrian Overpass Project. As a
local share of $47 , 000 needs to be provided,
recommends that said sum be provided from G-3015 ,
Construction and Improvement to Facilities ,
currently available in the County Operating
Budget, and submits a proposed bill to authorize
• this expenditure;
recommends the communication be placed on file; and approve and
adopt on first reading, Bill 456 , to authorize the expenditure
of $47, 000 (County' s share) for the Kealakehe Pedestrian Overpass
Project.
