Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
& Comm. 1106 : QUITCLAIM DEED (DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS A,
B, C, AND D). ; KAHEI HOUSE LOTS , UNIT II ,
INCREMENT I; HAWAII HOUSING AUTHORITY, GRANTOR
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Alan M. Okamoto
dated March 30, 1979 transmitting for acceptance,
the Quitclaim Deed for the subject roadways lots.
Informs the description has been checked and found
to be acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also that the roadways have been constructed
according to County of Hawaii standards;
recommends Council accept the quitclaim deed for dedication of
roadway Lots A, B, C and D, Kahei House Lots, Unit II, Increment I ,
and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances
for recordation.
