(Bill 464) IMPROVEMENT 'DISTRICT NO. 15 - WILDER ROAD
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
March 6 , 1979 transmitting for consideration
and adoption, a proposed bill amending Ordinance No.
606 relative to the confirming Assessment Roll.
submitted under Assessment Report dated July 26 ,
1973. Informs the amendment prorates the
assessment charges for the 56-lot subdivision
of the property owned by Foremost Hawaiiana
Associates and submits copies of consent
approval for the reallocation of the assessment
on Lot 104 from First Hawaiian Bank and Pank
of Hawaii, holders of the special assessment
bond for I .D. No. 15 ;
recommends the communication be placed on file; and approve and
adopt on first reading Bill 464 to amend Ordinance No. 606 relating to
the proration of the cost of improvements in "Improvement District
No. 15 - Wilder Road, Lot 104 . "
