Water Supply, dated April 6 , 1979, informing
the tank site is no longer needed in the
operation of the water system and requests
the necessary action be taken to quitclaim
the parcel to James S. Souza;
recommends Council accept the deed quitclaiming tank site property
at Kaapoko Homesteads, South Hilo, to James S. Souza.
