Lalakea that he is required to. curb, construct and maintain in good . condition the sidewalk adjacent to and which abuts and/or adjoins his property on. Mamo Street, Punahoa Street and Kamehameha Avenue in accordance withthe provisions of Sections 265-26 to 31, HRS, and Sections 9. 01 and .9. 02, Article 2, Chapter 3, Hawaii County Code. I .
