From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess
dated April 12 , 1979 transmitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication. deed'. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works
and the subdivision has received recordation
approval from the Planning Department;
recommends Council accept the dedication deed for drainage
easement for the Ainaola Houselots, Units I and II, Waiakea, South
Hilo, and that the document be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances
for recordation.
