4jr. Comm. 1125 : ROAD DEDICATION DEED
LUANA GARDENS SUBDIVISI-ON
WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess, dated
April 12 , 1979 transmitting for acceptance , the
subject dedication .deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by
the Department of Public Works; also that the
roadway has been constructed according to County
standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Luana
Gardens Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo, and that the docucment
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
