,cla. Comm 1137: AMENDMENT TO THE ELECTRICAL CODE, CHAPTER 11,
(Bill 478) ARTICLE 4 , SECTION 10-B (3)
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated April 26,
1979 transmitting for adoption a proposed
ordinance relating to reducing the feeder
circuit fees which has been reviewed by the
Corporation Counsel ' s office;
recommends the communication be placed on file; and approve and
adopt on first reading Bill 478_ to amend Chapter 11 of the Hawaii
County Code, relating to the Electrical Code.
(Mr. Domingo declared a possible
conflict of interest and abstained
from voting. )
