Comm. 912 : PROPOSED CHAPTER 16, PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ,
OF HAWAII COUNTY CODE
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
August 21, 1978, submitting for review, the
proposed Chapter 16 , Public Transportation,
of the Hawaii County Code.
,u 912 . 1: From Deputy Corporation Counsel Alan M. Okamoto
dated August 24, 1978 informing they have
received an oral reply from Mass Transportation
Agency indicating that the addition of proposed
Article 4 may be premature and asks that
proposed Article 4 be disregarded and only
the mass transit provisions provided by
Mr. Ponticelli be considered;
recommends Council approve proposed Chapter 16, Public Transportation,
Hawaii County Code, as submitted by the Corporation Counsel' s
Office, with the mass transit provisions provided by special counsel
Barry Ponticelli and the deletion of Article 4, County Mass Transit
System.
