A_ct. Comm. 1181: USER FEE CREDIT AMENDMENTS
(Bill 492) From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi, dated May 31 ,
1979 transmitting a proposed amendment to the County
Code, Chapter 2, Article 3, to add a new Section
3. 08 (Credit to User Fees of the Department of
Parks and Recreation for Certain Improvements
to County Real Property) and to redesignate
= former Section 3. 08 to Section 3. 09 , which
would help to promote improvements to County
parks and recreational facilities at little Or
no cost to the taxpayer;

recommends the communication be placed on file; and approve and adopt
; on first reading, Bill 492 amending Chapter 2 , Article 3 , Hawaii County
Code, by the addition of a new Section 3. 08 (Credit to User Fees of the
Department of Parks and Recreation for certain Improvements to County
Real Property) and redesignating former Section 3. 08 to Section 3 . 09 .
