Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Res, 442 : CALABASH PLANTERS
Accepts the donation of the planters as approved
by the Chief Engineer of the County of Hawaii
and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the donors
of such planters, the landowners or lessees of the
land abutting the sidewalk on which the planters
are placed, Honua, Hawaii, the Community
Beautification Council, and any officers , directors
or members thereof, for any and all injuries and
damages allegedly caused or contributed to by the
placement of such planters on public sidewalks;
(Intr. by: Mr. Tajiri)
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 442 .
