SUBJECT: An Ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, As Amended), by Adding a Portion of
Wai`opae Road to the "No Parking at Anytime" Schedule.
Attached please find a bill for an ordinance to amend Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section
24-280, Subsection(g), Puna, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, As Amended),
by adding"Wai`opae Road, makai side, from Kapoho Kai Drive to-Kaheka Road"to this "No
parking anytime" schedule, for enforcement purposes.
