Comm. 1120. 1: MAINTENANCE OF SIDEWALK WITHIN CITY OF HILO
RESOLUTION NO. 418

From Thomas K. Lalakea dated July 16, 1979
informing it is unfair to direct the landowner
to repair the sidewalk which was damaged by
heavy equipment engaged by the County to
demolish and haul away tsunami wreckage in
1961 and that the County has known and
accepted the sidewalk condition for these
many years; therefore, requests reconsideration
of Resolution 418 .

July 19, 1979 submitting for information
copies of communications regarding the
subject matter;
recommends the communications be placed on file; and deny the request
of Mr. Thomas K. Lalakea to reconsider Resolution 418.
