acceptance, the subject dedication deed.
Informs the description has been checked
and found to be acceptable by the Department
of Public Works ; also that the roadway has
been constructed according to County standards..,
recommends Council accept the dedication deed for the Kekela Street
Extension, Yamanaka and Fujiyama Subdivision, TMK: 2-2-39 : 53 and
123-129.
