Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Bill No. 508 : ARTICLE 11, CHAPTER 3, HAWAII COUNTY CODE -
RELATING TO ANIMAL CONTROL
An ordinance amending Article 11, Chapter 3 ,
as amended, of the Hawaii County Code, to
repeal Article 11, Chapter 3, as amended,
relating to Animal pounds, by the addition
of a new article, relating to animal control.
(Intr. by: Mr. Fujii)
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 508 on first reading and
that public hearings be held on said bill in Hilo and Kona.
