GRANTOR - HAWAII HOUSING AUTHORITY
From.Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
August 15, 1979, submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by
the Department of Public Works; also that the
roadways have. .been constructed accor`.ding to
County of Hawaii standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Pamoho
Subdivision, Ponahawai, South Hilo - Hawaii Housing Authority.
