Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
v. Comm. 1261: 29TH ANNUAL HAWAII COUNTY FAIR
From Benjamin Urbanozo, Parking Chairman,
29th Annual Hawaii County Fair, Hilo Jaycees ,
dated August 8, 1979 requesting temporary
authorization to allow one-way vehicular traffic
from south to north with no parking on both sides
of Manono Street, between Kuawa and Piilani
Streets during the Hawaii County Fair hours ,
dates and times as listed in the communication;
and informs adequate signs and controls will be
posted toinform motorists of the traffic pattern;
•
recommends that the Council approve the request of -the Hilo Jaycees for

temporary authorization to allow one-wayvehicular traffic from south
to north with_ no parking on bothsides of Manono Street, between Kuawa
and Piilani Streets, during the Hawaii County Fair (dates and times listed
in the communication)_.; provided that the conditions required by the
Police Department, Fire Department, Hilo Hospital, and Public Works
Department are complied with..
