From- Bruce M. Ito, Deputy Corporation Counsel,
dated August 13,, 1979, submitting for
acceptance, the dedication deed and subordination
and Partial Release of Mortgage for the subject
subdivision. Informs the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department .of Public. Works; also that the
roadways have been constructed according to
County' of Hawaii standards. Further informs
Brewer! SupportHousinghas agreed to dedicate
the roads, subject to certain conditions which
are intended to meet concerns of the Department
of Public Works;
recommends Council accept the dedication deed and subordination and
Partial Release of Mortgage for Kula.iman.o Heights, Unit 9, Pepeekeo,
South Hilo.
