28, 1979 , requesting amendment. to Chapter 6
(Traffic Code). ,, Article 15,. Section. 8B,
Schedule 12 , South Hilo, Hawaii. County Code,
authorizing a "No Parking." zone on Hina Street
at itsdead end, duetothe narrow shoulders
which are inadequate to accommodate a parked
vehicle.;
recommends approval (If the request- to establish a "No Parking" zone on
Hina Street, both sides, beginning at, its dead end, and extending 85
feetin the northeasterly direction; and .that -the- proper-amendment to
the Traffic Code be prepared by.. the. Corporation Counsel.
