WAIKOLOA VILLAGE, SOUTH KOHALA.
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
September 4 , 1979 requesting amendment to
Chapter 6 (Traffic Code)., Article 8 , Section 5,
Schedule 5, Hawaii County . Code, authorizing a
35-mph- speed limit on Paniolo Avenue in
Waikoloa Village, South Kohala, for its entire
length- to promote traffic safety for the
• residents;
recommends approval of the request to establish a 35-mile per hour speed
limit on Paniolo Avenue in Waikoloa Village , South .Kohala from Mamalahoa
Highway to the Queen Kaahumanu Highway; and that the proper amendment to
the Traffic Code be prepared by the Corporation Counsel.
