From Assistant Corporation Counsel Bruce M. Ito
dated September 14, 1979® informing in reviewing
the County. Code in preparing the draft of a.
proposed ordinance establishing a limited parking
restriction at the Waipio Valley Lookout, notes
that Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 7 provides
for the establishment of Time-Limit Parking
Zones and that attached schedule 11 designates
the areas where the limited parking restriction
is in force. In light of this, before the
requested ordinance can be drafted, requests
answers to questions listed in his communication;:
advises Corporation Counsel, indraftingthe proposed ordinance, that the
24-hour limitedparking restriction at Waipio Valley Lookout means limited
parking to 24 hours.
