Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Comm. 1081. 1: AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCES NOS. 436 and 606
(Bill 531) IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 15 WILDER ROAD
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated September
28, 1979 submitting for consideration and adoption,
a proposed bill for an ordinance amending Ordinances
436 (adopted Nay 16, 1979) and 606 (adopted August
29, 1973) . due to an amendment to the assessment rate
and assessment balances for the 56-lot subdivision
numbered lots 104 and 104-1 through 104-55.
Submits forinformation, an opinion from the
Corporation Counsel' s Office that the passing on
of the original park site assessment onto the
subdivided lots is illegal;
recommends Council approve and adopt on first reading Bill 531, amending
Ordinance Nos. 436 and 606 relating to the proration of the cost of
improvements in "Improvement District No. 15 Wilder Road, Lot 104 . "
