Street between Keo and Ioana Streets, Hilo Country
Club Community, October 27, 1979, from 5: 00 p.m.
to 9 :30 p.m. for a Halloween party and parade for
the Hilo Country Club Community Association;
recommends Council approve the request to close off vehicular traffic on
Lukia Street between Keo and Ioana Streets, Hilo Country Club Community
October 27, 1979, from 5 : 00 p.m. to 9 :30 p.m. for a Halloween party and
parade for the Hilo Country Club Community Association, provided that
the conditions required by the Police Department, Fire Department, Hilo
Hospital and Public Works Department are complied with.
