` Comm. 1156 : DEDICATION DEEDS - ROADWAYS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
GRANTOR: HAWAII HOUSING AUTHORITY
AINAOLA HOUSELOTS , UNITS I AND II
WAIAKEA, S. HILO
From Alan M. Okamoto, Deputy Corporation Counsel,
dated May 10 , 1979 , submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deeds . Informs the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that the roadways
have been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the roadways and drainage easement dedication.
deeds for the Ainaola Houselots , Units I and II, Waiakea, South Hilo ,
on condition that the swale be paved and that a bond in the amount of
$1,600 be posted by the developer to assure that the work will be
accomplished.
