Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Comm. 1332: AGREEMENT DOCUMENT FOR SHORELINE PROTECTION FOR
KALAPANA ROAD
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated October 3,
1979 , submitting copies of the Corps of Engineers '
letter PODED-PH. (9/19/79) and an Agreement Between
the United States of America and the County of
Hawaii for Local Cooperation for Shore Protection
for Kalapana Road project which has been reviewed
and approved by the Corporation Counsel's office;
and requests Council authorize the Mayor to execute
the Agreement Document on behalf of the County of
Hawaii;
recommends Council authorize the Mayor, on behalf of the County of
Hawaii, to execute the Agreement Between the United States of America
and the County of Hawaii for Local Cooperation for Shore Protection
for the Kalapana Road project.
