Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
yr. Comm. 1333:- TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
PASSENGER LOADING ZONE - KEALAKAA STREET, NORTH KONA
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated October 5 ,
1979 , requesting amendment to Chapter 6 (Traffic
Code) , Schedule 13 , Article 16, Section 1-B, by adding
a new loading/unloading zone on Kealakaa Street in the
vicinity of the new pedestrian walkway to the
Kealakehe Elementary School grounds to ease conflicts
in the present parking/loading area;
recommends approval of the request to establish a new loading/unloading
zone on Kealakaa Street- in the vicinity of the new pedestrian walkway to
the Kealakehe Elementary School grounds ; and that the proper amendment
to the Traffic Code be prepared by the Corporation Counsel.
