From Sandra E. Pechter, Deputy Corporation Counsel,
dated October 24 , 1979 , submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Public Works Department and that the roadway has been
constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Kuulei
Subdivision, Unit II, Waiakea, South Hilo.
