From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
November 6, 1979, submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed and Partial Release of
Mortgage executed by Safety Loan Company, Ltd. ,
and Okada Trucking Co , , Ltd. Informs the
description ,has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Public Works Department and that
the roadway has been constructed according to
County standards;
•
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Kona Scenic
Subdivision, Unit II, Hale:kee, South Kona, and that the documents be -
forwa,rded, to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation
