SUBDIVISION
From Marvin L. Liberato dated December 12 , 1979
requesting authorization to block off Kuakolu
Place, Kaumana Estates Subdivision, for a block
party on December 31, from 5: 00 p.m. to 2 :00 a.m.
Informs it is a dead end street and would not
cause any traffic problems; .
recommends Council approve- the request to block off Kuakolu Place,
Kaumana Estates Subdivision, for a block party on December 31, 1979
from 5: 00 p.m. to 2 : 00 a.m. , provided that the conditions required
by the Police Department, Fire Department, Hilo Hospital and Public
Works Department are complied with.
