From Assistant Corporation Counsel BruceM. Ito,
dated November 29, 1979, submitting for acceptance
the subject dedication deed. Informs the description'
has.` been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Public Works 'Department and that the roadway has been,
constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Ai.naola Houselots
Subdivision, Unit III, Waiak.ea,, South Hilo; and that the documents be
forwarded to theBureau of Conveyances for recordation.
