TAX MAP KEY NO. 6-2-01
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess, dated
January 11., .1980, submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deeds. Informs the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Public Works Department and thatthe roadways have
have been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept theroad dedication deed and grant of easement for
the Waimea Landmark Estates., Waimea, South .Kohala-; and that the documents be
forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
