From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
February'. 4, ' 1980 transmitting for adoption,
an abandonment resolution which has been
reviewed and approved by the Corporation
Counsel' s Office. Informs the roadway is no
longer needed for public purpose and is
xecommendedfor abandonment;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 560 abandoning a portion
of the Old Kaumanaroad for the purpose of incorporating into General
Lease No. S-4556, encumbered by Island Orchids, Inc.
