From Chief Engineer Edward Harada; dated February 12,
1980 transmitting- for adoption, a .driveway variance
resolution for the Hilo Hospital parking lot, which
has been approved by the Corporation Counsel ' s Office;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution. 565 granting a, variance
to Group Architects Collaborative, Inc .., to permit a- 72foot wide
driveway for the purpose of ingress and egress to the Hilo Hospital
parking lot, along Wa,ia,nuenue Avenue on property: described as
