Comm. 947 . 13: TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR ENFORCEMENT OF
(Res. 572) THE LEASH LAW
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated March 6,
1980 submitting for adoption a resolution
transferring $10,000 each to the Hawaii Island
Humane Society and the West Hawaii Humane Society
from the Police Department' s Police Reserve
and Special Enforcement Account:-. 'for enforcement
of the leash law;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 572.; and that the Hawaii
Island Humane Society and West Hawaii Humane Society submit their proposed
plans for enforcement of the leash law.
