KUKUAU 1ST., SOUTH HILO, HAWAII
From. Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated March 17 , 1980. submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and foundto be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; - also that the roadway
has been constructed according to County standards;.:
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Pacific
Heights Subdivision, Kukuau 1-st, South Hilo; and that the documents be
forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
