March 18, 1980 submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the metes and
bounds description is in order and the subdivision
has received recordation approval from the Planning
Department;
recommends Council accept the road cledcation deed for the H_io Heights
Subdivision, Punahoa 1st, South. Hilo; and that the docuiflents: be
forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation,
