4- Comm. 1501: DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR THE WAIAKEA FLOOD CONTROL
PROJECT, JOB NO. P-197'8A
From Susumu Ono, Chairman, Board of Land and Natural
Resources, dated March 17 , 1980, replying to Mayor
Matayoshi ' s request concerning the above subject.
Informs one of the proposed easements will involve
a portion of the Hilo Municipal Golf Course at
Waiakea, South Hilo, TMK: 2-4-02 : 01, which was
placed under the control and management of the
Board of Supervisors by E. 0. 1223; consequently,
approval by the County Council, as successor to
the Board, is required;
recommends Council Chairmanbe authorized to sign, on behalf of the Hawaii
County Council, the approval for the grant of drainage easements
involving a portion of the Hilo Municipal Golf Course (E. 0. 1223). for
the implementation of the Waiakea Flood Control Project, Job No. P-1978A.
