From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated April 23, 1980 submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. - Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Public Works Department and
that the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Mountain
View Gardens Subdivision, Unit 2-A, Ol.aa., Puna; and that the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
