From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated May 15, 1980 submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Public Works Department and
that the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards;
recommends. Council accept the ,road dedication deed .for a portion of
Parcel "B, " Grant 7022, Ahualoa Homesteads, Hamakua; and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
